The former Speaker of the Parliament and member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Jozefina Topalli, has spoken about the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which announced that they have started the procedures for the replacement of Ambassador Yuri Kim.
Topalli said on the show "Noë" with Erla Mëhilli that this statement seems strange to him. She said that it is not up to the Foreign Ministry to talk about the ambassador's departure.
"Strange. I don't remember that in three decades the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been so careful as to talk about the procedures for the removal of an ambassador in the interest of journalists. It is not her duty. It doesn't belong to her. It has never happened to my knowledge," Topalli emphasized.
