The explosion in Armand Duka's apartment, comes the first reaction from Basha

DP leader Lulzim Basha reacted after the explosion with TNT in the apartment of Armand Duka in Durrës.

Basha writes that these developments show once again the degradation of a corrupt government whose sole purpose is the occupation by any means, of any institution. 

"Developments around the ALF, show once again the degradation of a corrupt government that has the sole purpose of occupying by any means, any institution.
