A 26-year-old man was arrested in Tirana, after he was driving without a driving license, and a police mask and metal baton were found in his car.

During the check, it turned out that the driver of the vehicle, citizen AH, 26 years old, resident of Babrru, was driving the vehicle without a driving license, as it was finally revoked and the driver of the vehicle must re-enter the course, to be re-equipped with a driving license.

He is accused of the criminal offenses of "Driving vehicles while intoxicated or without a certificate" and "Manufacturing and possession of cold weapons without a permit".

The services of the Special Force "Shqiponja" (Section of Arrows), in cooperation with the services of the Tirana Traffic Police Station, following selective checks, based on the information received on the operative route about a citizen who was driving a vehicle without a permit driving and carrying illegal items in the vehicle, they intensified the controls to catch him and on "Njazi Meka" street, they found and stopped the suspect vehicle.

During the search of the vehicle, the Police services found and seized as material evidence a black mask and a metal stick similar to those of the Police.

At the end of the first investigative actions, the arrest of citizen AH was made in flagrante delicto, and the materials were passed to the Prosecution for further procedural actions, for the criminal offenses "Driving vehicles while intoxicated or without evidence" and "Production and possession without a permit" of cold weapons".
