In the context of Albania, there are several reasons why justice is important:

1. Rule of law: A strong justice system ensures that the law is ruled without distinction for all citizens. This is a key element for the legal security and stability of the country.

2. Protection of human rights: A good justice system is responsible for the protection of human rights guaranteed in laws and the Constitution. This includes the right to life, liberty, property, and other basic human rights.
