Për secilin prej tyre, Dumani dyshon ose cili i ka dalë në transkriptimet, kush mban telefona Beqe dhe kush i ka dalë se bashkëpunon me Portin e Durrësit. Në Durrës zhdoganohet më shumë drogë se banane, hyn kontejneri e del e shkarkohet jashtë e kthehet brenda përsëri. Është jashtë aksesit të drejtorit të Policisë së Durrësit. Portin e kanë hequr dhe e kanë quajtur zonë më vete. Drejtoria e Policisë Durrës mbulon Kavajën por kufirin, portin e Durrësit jo, e mbulojnë ustallarët, pra element të botës së krimit që kapin për veshi kryeministrin, diktojnë dhe emërimet e drejtuesve të lartë të Policisë. Ku kanë marrë dhe e kanë bërë si dado atë shefen e Shërbimit Informativ, atë trandafilën nga Kosova që është mërzit shumë se nuk pi kafe prej 7 muajsh te Dumani, se për çdo mëngjes shkonte dhe pinte kafe për 2 orë në SPAK me idenë që po bashkëpunonte, ku merrte informacion dhe ua jepte ndërmarrjes tjetër. Organet kryesore ligjzabtues që duhet të jetë në krah të Dumanit për të luftuar krimin është SHISH, Pastrimi i Parave, Policia Kriminale, Kontrolli i Lartë i Shtetit, Tatimet, Doganat. Në 2013-ën drejtori i Shërbimit Informativ, Visho Ajazi, ai i keqi shikasi i Gazidedes, ai për të cilin Rama krijoi komision hetimor në 2012-ën, që u hoq Pirro Luta e Spartak Braho e me rradhë, nuk ishin më në listë se thanë na ka përgjuar opozita, Metën e Ramën. Është kambësi dhe syri e veshi i Ervin Bushatit. Pse e dekoroi Rama, Visho Ajazin dhe nuk e thotë këtë, pse e mban sekret? Për çfarë arritjesh? Se kishte përgjuar deputetët e Ramës apo për paktin që bënë për ‘Xibrakën’, ku nuk do të flas po të më çosh atje. SPAK si çdo institucion ka llumhane brenda, unë respektoj çdo prokuror dhe njeri që ka punuar me ndershmëri dhe ka qenë i papërlyer. Sikurse urrej çdo llumhane që ka ardhur nga fund vitet e komunizmit, bastard të rregjimit të kaluar e bëjnë si heronj të Juri Kim e të drejtësisë së sotme. Unë nuk kam asnjë lloj respekti për hetuesin Arben Kraja, për hetuesin Sokol Sadushi, për hetuesin Ilir Pando, për Ben Rakipi, e çdo lloj llumhanje që nuk kanë lënë gjë të pisët pa bërë në këtë palo drejtësi. Kam respekt për të gjithë prokurorët që nuk janë përzier në këto llumhane e në bisedime të ENCROCHAT, si Dumani, Xholi, Braho, Minollai, Dollani. Pra, nuk mund t’i fus të gjithë në një thes.
