The Serbian lawyer warns of the end of President Vucic: The arrest warrant against Radoicic aims...

Serbian lawyer Bozho Prelevich has commented on the news about the issuance of an arrest warrant by Interpol for Milan Radoicic.
The lawyer stated that the authorities in Belgrade led by Aleksandar Vucic should not arrest Milan Radoicic because they know that he is not the "head" of the organization of the terrorist attack in Basnjka.
According to him, it would be a problem for Serbia not to act on Interpol's order at the moment "when it is known who is protecting Radoicic in Serbia".
"Milan Radoicic is protected and guarded by the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic." The authorities clumsily and to the detriment of this country tried to protect themselves from the events in Banjska by starting proceedings against Radoicic and releasing him immediately. The question arises as to who is responsible for the tragic events in Banjska, because Radoicic certainly could not buy a large amount of weapons, military equipment, even a combat vehicle. It did not occur to Radoicic that for his sake he would organize a rebellion in the north of Kosovo," said Prelevich for the Beta agency.
The lawyer emphasized that Radoicic is not Interpol's main target, but he is the key that can lead them to the main organizer.
"The authorities in Serbia also know that Radoicic is not Interpol's main target, but he can point to the right target. Therefore, no investigation is being conducted in Belgrade regarding Banjska. If the prosecution did its job, it would end the colossal damage done to Serbian interests in Banjska. Banjska is the turning point after which there is no more resistance in the north of Kosovo", assessed Prelevi?.
The lawyer also underlined that Serbia will not allow the arrest of Radoicic, as her involvement may be revealed.
"One cannot talk about a country with a rule of law in case of non-compliance with Interpol's orders". It is not only about the arrest and possible extradition of Radoicic, but also because the proceedings against him are not taking place in Belgrade. Such an attitude of the current government sends a message that it is possible to create an armed group in Serbia, because of which many people will die and be injured, and that this means nothing to the government. The prosecutor's inaction in the Banjsko case shows that it was not Radoicic's idea," concluded Prelevic.
