In addition, vitamin C can contribute to better sleep as it helps synthesize dopamine, a neurotransmitter that promotes feelings of well-being and happiness.

This vitamin plays an important role in the nervous, muscular and immune systems. Vitamin D deficiency has been linked to sleep disorders and depression. Sunlight is the natural way to get vitamin D, but it can also be obtained from supplements and fortified foods.

Getting enough vitamins through a balanced diet and supplements is an effective way to improve sleep and overall health. Always consult your healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication.
