The Special Appeal examines this Monday, the appeal of Ervis Martinaj's family members, on the seizure of 34 movable and immovable assets, among them, apartments, land, company shares and vehicles.
The hearing will take place at 12:00, while the Special Prosecutor's Office, based on the Anti-Mafia law, has seized the assets in question, with the argument that they were created by criminal activities.
We recall that the much-wanted Ervis Martinaj was declared missing by his family in the summer of last year, claiming that they no longer had any contact with him.
Meanwhile, the police and the prosecutor's office are investigating his disappearance, while there is still no trace of Martinaj.
