What happened? Rruga e Arbri is blocked, a kilometer long line of vehicles

 Dozens of vehicles remained in traffic this afternoon, on Rruga e Arbër. It is learned that the traffic was caused because a van type vehicle failed to climb the by pass, thereby blocking other vehicles.

It is reported that the road has been blocked for about 40 minutes and so far no police patrol has gone to the scene. It is suspected that the truck got stuck due to the bad weather with rain that invaded the country this afternoon.
