The Chairman of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, who is staying in America, has met the US Special Envoy for the Western Balkans and Eurasia, Gabriel Escobar.
After the meeting with Escobar, Haradinaj said that they discussed the need to reach a final, legally binding agreement between Kosovo and Serbia.
"In an open and honest meeting we discussed the political developments in Kosovo, with particular emphasis on the need to reach a final, legally binding agreement between Kosovo and Serbia".
"I felt honored today at the State Department to meet the American emissary Gabriel Escobar, Assistant Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs."
Haradinaj said that he thanked Escobar for his commitment and that of the American administration for many decades and encouraged the deepening of relations and the increase of support for Kosovo.
"Kosovo's achievements, from the 90s, the liberation war and state building have happened in joint partnership. Even the Final Agreement must be a joint victory"
"We will work closely with the USA so that the partnership for peace and Kosovo's membership in NATO is urgently achieved, as it is vital for sustainable peace in the region," wrote Haradinaj.
