The court gives the decision for the IMT employee (Name)

Today, the security measure of arrest and imprisonment was given for the employee of IMT, Petref Kondin, who is accused of "Abuse of duty" and "Passive corruption of persons exercising public functions".

Kondi was previously arrested red-handed by the police while he was taking a bribe from a citizen, in order not to be fined.

"Today, security measures have been issued for the employee of IMT Berat who is suspected of "Misuse of duties" and "Passive corruption of persons exercising public functions" provided by articles 248 and 259 of the Criminal Code.

Prosecutor Denisa Perdja has requested the appointment of a security measure of arrest and imprisonment. The court represented by Judge Ardiola Çela left in force the measure requested by the accusation.
