He had a conflict with two brothers in Velipoja over property, ex-MP Tom Doshi

A fight was registered yesterday afternoon in Velipoja, and it is suspected that it happened for property reasons. It is learned that former MP Tom Doshi was also part of this fight. The police have announced that he has been criminally prosecuted for the criminal offense "Other intentional damage".

According to the announcement, the former deputy had a conflict with the brothers L. Molla and Prek Molla. It is reported that after the fight, 58-year-old P. Molla received minor injuries. Further, the police informs that the work continues for the identification of two other persons involved in this conflict, as well as for the complete legal documentation of the case.

Police notification: 

Specialists for the Investigation of Crime at the Velipoja Police Station, based on the reports made by the brothers LM and PM, prosecuted the citizen TD, 58 years old, for the criminal offense of "Other intentional damage".

Yesterday, on the road "Ibiza", in the village of Rrjolle, Velipojë, the citizen T. D, had a conflict, allegedly for property reasons, with the citizens LM, 65 years old and PM, 58 years old, (brothers). As a result of the conflict, citizen PM, 58 years old, suffered minor physical injuries.

The work continues for the identification of two other persons involved in this conflict as well as for the complete legal documentation of the case. The procedural materials were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Shkodër, for the criminal offense "Other intentional damage".
