At the moment when the request for reconsideration is processed, it is attached via the e-albania portal from where the citizen can access why it is that pension measure and how the benefit was calculated based on the law. If it is established that the citizen has the right to the reconsideration, there will be a new benefit measure. If he still does not agree with this new benefit measure, he foresees that he has the right to appeal to the regional appeal commission set up at each regional Directorate of Insurance.
