During an interview for the "SOT" newspaper, lawyer Beqiri reveals who the "VIP" prisoner is who revealed all the crimes of Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta as early as 2018, while emphasizing that SPAK should give him the status of a penitent justice. Also, Beqiri sheds light on the sensational behind-the-scenes and shows who avoided the investigation of Shkëlzen Berisha from the health concessions affair. According to him, it is extremely big for the shame of the Parliamentary Group of the SP, but also the shame of the Parliamentary Group of the DP and in the Investigative Committee, that Shkëlzen Berisha and the Berisha family were not included in the Dialysis concession even for under investigation. Among other things, during the interview with the editor-in-chief of the "SOT" newspaper, Rigels Seliman, the lawyer Beqiri reveals the violations committed by the former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, and why he risks being arrested by order of SPAK.

- Lawyer Beqiri, a news has been circulating for days in the Albanian media that very soon a mega operation will come from SPAK, a bomb warning because it is said that it is about 40 arrest warrants and part of this list are prosecutors, judges, police, member of the underworld and even politicians?

The problem is that this country, being a country where the law has not ruled, for nearly 30 years and where there has been impunity from all areas, from organized crime, from ordinary crime because in one way or another they knew how to they buy to avoid justice and take innocence when they were guilty, simply and only because they had full pockets. Such a country that is drowned in crime, especially such a country where politics in these years has not thought much about governing this country and increasing the well-being of the people, but the power has been bought, stolen, taken simply and only to have privileges for themselves, fill their pockets and impoverish him to the maximum. The kind of place that every time you delve into the investigation, it brings out mega operations. These are very good things and show what the Special Structure of Crime against Organized Corruption is in office and is working and moving like the Special Court, because SPAK is one side but it would be incomplete and would would be dead if it were a Special Court of Crimes and against corruption and Organized Crime since it finalizes all the actions it does. With these structures at work, we are glad that crime and criminality in this country, which are the two most serious wounds of Albania, are making progress and are moving forward. However, the problem with SPAK is that it was not created only for these criminal offenses that go through various interceptions, they go with the help of international partners, they go with the help of special interceptions that were done in France and Belgium. We expect SPAK to finalize and give answers to those criminal charges and those serious files that it has open, but which it keeps in a cunning way, without the author's name, simply and only to gain time and prolong her time in order not to exceed the deadlines of the investigation and none of them is leading to the Court.

- Who is afraid of SPAK, why did you say that the steppes are holding them more treacherously?

Po, është e vërtetë kjo. Puna është se SPAK, sikurse e shikojmë, padrejtësisht mendon se nëpërmjet numrit të madh të njerëzve që çon në gjyq, këtyre grupeve kriminale e duke lëshuar urdhër arreste ku ne fillim ishin 25, më pas 41 e tani thuhet për mbi 150 urdhër-arreste, por nuk është çështja vetëm për shifra, me statistika ato janë mirë. Por me cilësinë e luftës kundër krimit të organizuar dhe korrupsionit të lartë shtetëror, ata e filluan mbarë, por sa u zgjuan nga gjumi e në fillim punuan mirë, pasi morën përgjegjësi penale, ish-kryeministrin dhe ish-presidentin e vendit, për një aferë të hapur dhe që ishte e dukshme korruptive, ku pas asaj afere shqiptarët prisnin që pas asaj afere të vinin dhe 130 afera të tjera të Berishës dhe familjes së tij. Të vinin dhe 140 afera të tjera të Ilir Metës me familjen e tij dhe bashkëpunëtorëve të tyre me radhë. Ne pamë që SPAK tani ia ka futur gjumit dhe mendon sikur ua mbushi mendjen shqiptarëve, ia mbushi mendjen këtij vendi me këto mega operacione për gjëra të vogla, e madje dhe ato për prokurorë e gjykatës e me radhë në raport me kriminalitetin e rëndë dhe aferat e rënda korruptive që kanë ndodhur e me grabitjet e mëdha dhe vrasjet skandaloze që janë bërë në këtë vend.

-Është strategji e SPAK që nuk ka kërkuar asnjë masë sigurie ndaj personave që keni denoncuar apo thjesht nuk ka arritur me anë të hetimeve të ngarkojë me përgjegjësi këta persona?

Pikërisht ditën e premte (7 qershor) i kam dërguar një shkresë SPAK për dijeni ia kam dërguar dhe Komisionit të Ligjeve të Parlamentit dhe Këshillit të Lartë të Prokurorisë, ku i them SPAK që keni një mori aferash, çështjesh, denoncimesh me prova të pa kontestueshme dhe ju thjesht dhe vetëm duhet që t’i formësoni dosjet, t’i merrni në pyetje e të deklaroheshin këto persona që i kanë bërë këto afera të rënda korruptive. Posaçërisht, Sali Berisha, Ilir Meta dhe grupi e organizata e tyre kriminale, ku ndër vite, por edhe me afera konkrete, në vend që t’i dërgoni në gjyq, ju nuk po veproni. Më konkretisht iu thash se në vitin 2018, një ndër dëshmitarët okular, i cili kërkonte që të bëhej dhe i penduari i drejtësisë, pasi në disa vepra penale ka qenë vetë i pranishëm e i ka parë me sytë e tij dhe ka qenë prezent në ngjarje. Njëri prej tyre është Izet Haxhia dhe i thashë SPAK se e keni marrë në pyetje për seanca të tëra dhe keni marrë prej tij prova, fakte, dëshmitarë, krime nga më të rëndat e deri te vrasjet mizore e akte terroriste e vjedhje bankash, deri në 140 faqe kompjuterike. U kam drejtuar një kërkesë më parë dhe më thanë që jemi duke i hetuar këto çështje por nuk kemi regjistruar autorët. Ne autorët ia kemi dhënë me emër e mbiemër. Dhe Izet Haxhia ia ka dhënë me emër e mbiemër që janë subjekte të SPAK që prej vitit 2018. Tani çfarë pret SPAK, nga 2018-ta, plotë 6 vite dhe sot nuk ka asnjë përgjigje. E tani presim të na jap një përgjigje jo vetëm SPAK-u por edhe Komisioni i Ligjeve të Parlamentit dhe Këshilli i Lartë i Prokurorisë, i cili tashmë duhet të veprojë. Këtu nuk vepron SPAK, pasi me sa duket ky i fundit komandohet nga një lloj plani e strategjie ku goditjet i do me planifikim, me muaj, me stinë.

-Koncesioni i Sterilizimit, shtyhet sërish seanca gjyqësore në ngarkim të zotit Beqaj, keni një koment iu lutem?

Ilir Beqaj and all the others have the file already in Court. SPAK has done its own work and taken it to the Court. It is understood, he has carried out a part, he has not carried out the other affairs because he keeps them and it would be good to have them together and together with this group that he has and that he considers a structured criminal group, that have carried out these affairs in the field of medicine, with sterilization, etc. They should have taken him for dialysis, they should have taken him with the whole gang and criminal organization of Sali Berisha, Shkëlzen Berisha, Allajbeu, etc., in order because dialysis is not a small affair either. It is extremely big for the shame of the Parliamentary Group of the SP, but it is the shame of the Parliamentary Group of the DP in the Investigative Committee, with which Shkëlzen Berisha and the Berisha family are on dialysis, they didn't even include him in the investigation. And apparently, they make mutual calculations, but this issue is part of it, and I will take the lead. For what he did, Ilir Beqaj is accused of abuse of office, they accuse him of what he did and he will receive the punishment he deserves from the Court if he is fully proven guilty. And the Court will prove the accusation of SPAK, will consider it legal and supported by evidence. This is a matter of no return.
