Judge Ilirjana Olldashi decided to leave security measures in force for Sali Berisha and Jamarbër Malltez.

Today's session held in the Special Appeal was for the 2-month information.

SPAK demanded that Berisha remain under house arrest, while the lawyers asked for a change in the measure.

"The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, with a monocratic panel composed of judge Iliriana Olldashi, today on 18.06.2024, announced the decision on criminal case no. 130 act, date 11.06.2024 registration, registered on the appeal of the persons under investigation/complainant SB and JM, with object: "Appeal against decision no. 245 act, dated 21.05.2024 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime (with object: Two-monthly information within the framework of criminal proceedings)", and decided: Approval of decision no.
