"Opposition with two faces in front of justice", Veliaj: It is a patriotic duty to continue winning; SP the only force that knows how to make a state

The Political Leader of SP for Tirana District, Erion Veliaj said that the opposition only knows how to communicate with the language of violence. From Unit 7, where he held a meeting with the structures of this force to express gratitude to the socialists, he underlined that this is one more reason for the Socialist Party to win in 2025, as the only party that brings a European spirit.

Veliaj added that the opposition protects those who violate the law and uses two standards as far as justice is concerned. "When they are in that alley in front of the town hall, they say Long Live Justice. When they are at "Mustafa Matohiti" alley, they say "Down with Justice". But we say, whoever has made mistakes, go and clarify them. What is this duplicity? How can you change your attitude in 30 minutes?! Therefore, friends, it is not only desire and passion, it is a patriotic duty to continue to win, to lead Albania and Tirana", he emphasized.

While appreciating the sacrifices of the socialists who have contributed over the years, Veliaj said that today the time has passed when you could be killed and raped for protesting. "When you were a socialist, they told you to go to the "Dinamo" Stadium, then go to the "Ali Demi" field, do you remember that time? To be a socialist, you had to be selfless, risk your life. Those who protested on January 21 may not return home. Four of the friends did not return home. Who worked in Gërdec, 26 people, did not return home, they were even killed at home. Who worked for patriotism like Remzi Hoxha, was kidnapped in the streets of Tirana and did not return home. For this occasion we apologized and someone said to me: O president, why are you apologizing? That you didn't do it and the SP didn't do it. But it is up to the ethics and dignity of the city to apologize when a patriot is kidnapped by the difficult, most problematic, most aggressive and most violent part of our society, which is what we are facing", said Veliaj.
