The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has closed the investigations and has sent for trial 5 defendants, arrested for fraud with American visas in February of this year.

The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has sent for trial Renato Nasto, Klea Prifti, Klaudio Le?ini, Klaus Kapedani, Xhemal Seser and Eduart Gjini, who is still wanted.

SPAK's investigations showed that Renato Nasto falsified data for an American visa and received 10,000 euros.

Nasto is the main suspect who advertised his illegal activity through Instagram, where he had created a page called "American Visa Insider".

He found clients and then started the visa application procedures.

Some of the people involved in this fraud scheme have filled out the forms with false information.
