Investigations are closed for Kostandin Kacifas, the Prosecution gives the final decision

Three years after the serious incident in the village of Bularat in Gjirokastra, where Kostandin Kacifas was left dead with two Kalashnikov bullets, the Gjirokastra prosecutor's office decides to stop the investigation. The request was referred to the Gjirokastra court by prosecutor Julian Çafka. 

But on the other hand, the relatives of the victim asked to be officially acquainted with the investigative acts contained in the file, as well as the act of forensic examination and ballistic examination of the automatic weapon, which the deceased had with him on the day of the event.

Both of these investigative acts have concluded that Kostandin Kacifas, on October 28, 2018, committed suicide with his weapon, while he was surrounded by RENEA police forces, on the mountain above the village of Bularat.
