The generator of conflicts are political crises

The generator of conflicts are political crises

In a healthy society, mutual trust is a cornerstone of the strength of a community, through respect for the general moral rules of support of this community. But sometimes that makes us vulnerable to those who don't play by the same rules as us. I have no other words than to say that a few years ago we lived in a system that we can call democracy, combining the words democracy and dictatorship. Playing people by democratic rules leads to dictatorial results. The people seem to be offered freedom, not tyranny, but through this, to call it a party-people dialogue, the end goal of the dialogue is to accept the idea of ??being under the leadership of a tyrant. Usually, many Balkan officials wear some kind of paternal costume. They feel like people's fathers. Despite the fact that these fathers work behind the backs of their sons and daughters, trying at all costs to restrain themselves in the right place for them. Unfortunately, this phenomenon, as much as it sounds like a fragment from a distant history, is still present in Albania. Dialogue is the common point, as a value of the parties or many parties in negotiations. First of all, it needs to be a good intention, as an elementary postulate of the parties in communication. This gives you room to make a good step forward. This step is important. If the dialogue lasts too long for certain issues, which the parties have no opportunity to overcome, then this can generate bad, and you can misuse, bringing the situation to a frozen dialogue. This seems to be happening in the dialogue between the Democratic Party and the Socialist Party for three decades now. A certain clash, the situation has metastasized into something more than reaching an agreement on a coalition. When such extensions are made, other problems arise, of a programmatic, political, interests, and ideological nature. Dialogue is not a specific goal, it is more of a tool, where the parties' compromise is needed. Even less pretentiously expressed the ideological differences between the two corps in the dialogue. What I emphasized seems not to be worth much to overcome all the barriers, and the question is the fate of the country and of the new generations, to see the future in their homeland, and not to run as far away from the Motherland as possible. motivation not to return. The circumstance that naturally greatly complicates the dialogue is the lack of social culture, without which even democracy cannot function, as a fundamental value in the multi-party pluralist system. As if both parties have fallen prey to all this and have fallen prey to intellectual apathy, or lack thereof. The generator of conflicts, or conflict in this case, are crises in many identity questions. Of course, when there is a common will and when all values ??are embraced, the desired goal is reached, to form new bodies of executive power. The same is happening in Kosovo, where a possible and comprehensive social dialogue, where many topics would be addressed, but also the topic of identity. Such strong political polarizations have prevented dialogue even when the state interest and the national interest are in question. When we don't "want" to understand each other, in delicate situations, then what the hell are we here for under this sky. Everyone would be good, you look at your own actions, and the actions of the people around us, to better determine the mission we have, not only what we emphasized several times. We think that the political forces in power should define the state-power duality, in accordance with the constitutional laws. Democracy should not produce unnecessary conflicts between politicians, rulers and parties, but with the defining vision to design new strategies for alleviating poverty, for the unemployment curve to decrease, we want to have electricity and water for every day, to have as much less swearing in parliament and as much income as possible for the poor, justice for all, no murders, suicides, tritoli krismas, threats, rapes or abuses and political convictions should not be used for narrow personal interests as has happened and it happens often. By dialoguing with myself, I decipher the saying of one of our great renaissance, that Albania belongs to the Albanians, and we are all responsible to the homeland, to the nation. Each of us has a part of the blame to honor the heroes of the nation equally, to have an intensified economy, cultivated land as much as possible, green forests, cultivated fields, clean rivers and a leading Albania as dreamed by the renaissance here a century ago. Millions of euros, hands full of golden watches, chains, necklaces of judges, rulers and leading cadres of the state, we have passed the repeated infinity of corruption, the sovereign will return to them as an idol and will take their breath away with the million pendants of to these people who, in the name of the people, are building a poor democracy. And the sovereign expects and expects not only the deep reform in the justice system, but the entire legislative and governing dome. In democratic systems, certain social groups, mainly political ones, the programs that unfold in the electoral elections, determine the positive changes of the electorate, and they certainly firmly believe that the campaigns are developed in the positive direction of the welfare of the sovereign, to be a society of civilized, yes, but especially at the economic levels of Europe, where we aim to reach. We want this long-suffering and exhausted people to really enjoy democratic freedom, becoming a balcony of inspiration for the Balkans and beyond. And as an Albanian publicist and academic wrote here years ago, there is no criminalized freedom, just as there is no violated democracy, and respectively there has not been nor will there be communist freedom in a democratic society. While me and my neighbors, today we meditate on our deputies, who for four years have not set foot in our area. They come only at the beginning of the campaigns, making the buffalo fly and the yogurt sea with realizations and powerful "investments". But starting simply and only from personal interests, such candidates for local leaders, and this is already a bell for the next local elections with the new administrative division, where for a quarter of a century they have run, sometimes with one party and sometimes with another. So, where their ideals and morals are sold, there they sit in the chair of the chairman and the adviser. Even if they win, they will still remain leifen, where subsequent history will exclude them from human life, no longer from their tired electorate of two decades. And that day will probably not be far away, God willing, that the voters will not be bored and exhausted, because Noli has died in time, and there is no one to confess for them. In this time period of more than a century Albanian state, unfortunately our nation has tried several social and political systems. The political systems, which we are mentioning below, have not brought prosperity in every historical period, but in some cases also negative consequences that still weigh heavily on the backs of the downtrodden Albanians.
