To prove maturely, scientifically, what the people of Roskovec and the surrounding villagers lose or gain, what are the measures that will be taken to reduce the impact of gases on air contamination, firstly for the citizens and the living things or the plants of the fields? If it is acted in this way, citizens who love development will agree that only their economy and the whole of Albania will benefit. If they are asked, just as it is done in countries with developed democracies, where a referendum is held for the cutting of a poplar tree, in the crown of which is a nest of pelicans, and the result is non-negotiable. Albanians love development. They do not become obstacles. It's different, like at the entrance of Ruga de Kombi, where the protesters were just confused, were used by politics and burned the counters. The situation changed after negotiations and clarifications.
