"I felt insulted when I was considered just a charming woman", Arta Dade recounts her experience in politics and 'collision' with Ylli Pangon

Former Foreign Minister Arta Dade spoke last night on the show "Arnautistan" about her rise to the theater stage and experience in politics. Dade said she felt insulted when she was considered merely a charming woman in politics. She also pointed out that she did not think of politics as a profession, while she sees that decisions are made by one person.

On the role in the theater, Dade says: I had the monologue of a woman in career, not necessarily in politics. I had responsibilities because these are tried and tested artists and I did not want to have a difference. I am used to the stage because I have appeared several times for political speeches, as a lecturer, but it is another thing when acting. "For 3-4 weeks I was thinking about the rehearsals, I was learning the text".

As for political experience she says: Politics has never been an end in itself in my life. I thought I had a civic duty. I was sorry that there was no left of social democracy that Albania needed. Here's the problem that decisions are made by one person. But you can use the political experience. If you as a party leader do not appreciate the contribution of colleagues, then everyone will find their own way. My political commitment has exceeded my professional commitment. I never thought politics would turn into a profession. I will never forget Ylli Pangon at the Faculty said: Congratulations, Congratulations, the SP needs a charming woman. I was offended because I should not be like a charming woman, but to give. It has always been an insult when I was told the first feature was the appearance.
