Adriatik Lapaj reveals the bargains of Meta, Rama and Berisha, how they have worked together in 32 years to keep power, the oligarchs are also in the game, here is the "recipe" to get Albania out of the crisis

Corrupt officials should be charged with treason and sentenced to a minimum of 20 years in prison. This strong statement was issued by the leader of the "Albania Becomes" Movement, Adriatik Lapaj, who during an interview for the newspaper "SOT" commented on the political situation in the country, while also showing the recipe he has to get Albania out of the crisis. socio-economic-political where it has been for 30 or so years. Among other things, Mr. Lapaj has a message for the three main politicians Meta-Berisha-Rama, for whom he is convinced that they are together and that they work for their own interests as oligarchs, but not for Albanians. As for the anti-corruption resolution of the Socialist Party, the well-known lawyer Adriatik Lapaj mocks Prime Minister Edi Rama, as he says that corruption is not fought with resolutions, since half of his government has ended up in prison or under investigation after 11 years of government. According to him, corruption is fought by opening the competition and establishing the accountability of citizens' politics through the law.

- Mr. Lapaj, how did you see Edi Rama's visits to Athens and Milan, is the prime minister using the diaspora for electoral purposes?

I saw a rally of the country's prime minister, with buses from Albania, who has all the possibilities, capacities, logistics and human resources to hold a meeting with his supporters abroad. A meeting where it was spoken and promised for Albanians abroad left in oblivion, forgetting that all the promises and words, the one who said them is in his hand to do them, without the need to promise them or return them to attention, that he is the head of power and government. I saw a beautiful meeting in the image in a giant hall, where the enthusiasm and participation of the members of the government and administration was more visible. The fact is that this meeting came after my team and I have held more than 10 meetings in the Diaspora, with Albanian immigrants. The other fact is that the prime minister remembered the Diaspora, after seeing that in the polls, the figures from the emigrant ranks were not good for him and others after him.

- How do you comment on the opposition's accusations that at the meeting in Athens the administration was taken on an excursion?

The facts are public. We have the director of a theater, who was forced to resign after admitting to the media that he was forced to attend the meeting due to work. Photos of dozens of mayors present at the meeting are also public. The organized Albanian buses were also publicized in the media. There is no need for more comments or words, something that is publicly clear.

-As a lawyer, how do you see Edi Rama's anti-corruption resolution? Some voices say that it is against SPAK...

Korrupsioni nuk luftohet me rezoluta, pasi gjysma e qeverisë së tij ka përfunduar në burg apo nën hetim pas 11 viteve qeverisje. Korrupsioni luftohet duke hapur garën e duke vendosur në sistem llogaridhënien e politikës të qytetarët përmes ligjit.

-Ju jeni i pari që denoncuat se Amnistia Penale do të lirojë nga burgu subjekte të SPAK dhe GJKKO. Mund të në jepni më shumë detaje, pasi Rithemelimi i dhe qeveria e mohojnë se nga amnistia kanë përfituar të korruptuarit?

Të bësh amnisti për qytetarët e zakonshëm është në rregull, por të përdorësh amnistinë për të delegjitimuar reformën në drejtësi është e papranueshme. Rithemelimi dhe qeveria gënjyen publikisht qytetarët shqiptarë nga foltorja e Kuvendit. Ata u bënë bashkë, siç kanë qenë e janë gjithmonë. U bënë bashkë për të gënjyer,u bënë bashkë për t'i thënë bashkëpunëtorëve të tyre firmosni, se jemi pas jush për tu nxjerrë dhe amnistuar. Të dhënat janë publike, mjafton të bëni kërkesë në Drejtorinë e Burgjeve apo SPAK, për personat subjekte të SPAK dhe GJKKO që kanë përfituar nga amnistia, dhe merrni detajet apo përgjigjen e kërkuar.

-SPAK po heton disa politikanët “të peshave të rënda”, si Sali Berisha dhe Ilir Meta të cilët deri më dje konsideroheshin të paprekshëm. A mendoni se në Shqipëri ka trokitur ora e pandëshkueshmërisë dhe çdo politikan e pushtetarët që është përfshirë në afera korruptive dhe kriminale duhet të japë llogari para drejtësisë?

Ora e pandëshkueshmërisë ka trokitur dhe duhet të japë rezultat! Unë kam qenë dhe jam një mbështetës i SPAK, dhe i bej serish thirrje kësaj strukture që t'i shkojë deri tek koka secilës çështje, që ta çojnë fuqinë e tyre në nivelet me të larta të shtetit, t’i hetojnë, me drejtorë, me kryetarë bashkie, me ministra, me kryeministër, me këdo që ka indicie për vjedhjen e shtetit shqiptar. E kam thënë , dhe vijoj ta them vjedhja e zyrtarëve të shtetit duhet të konsiderohet tradhti kombëtare dhe të dënohet minimalisht 20 vite burg. Përndryshe ç'kuptim ka të vjedhim shtetin, e të përfitojmë azile rrugëve të botës?

-Në adresë tuaj individë të caktuar publik kanë hedhur akuza, madje ka nga ata që ju kanë etiketuar si njeri i Sali Berishës apo Ilir Metës. Keni një koment?

Për ata të Metës dhe Berishës, jam i Ramës. Për ata të Ramës jam i Metës dhe Berishës. E vërteta është që koha ka treguar se ata janë të njeri-tjetrit. Kanë 32 vite e mbajnë peng vendin duke kaluar pushtetin sa nga njëra palë të tjetra. Mjafton të shikoni se oligarkët me të cilët kanë punuar i kanë të njëjtët. Janë ortakëri.

-Ndërkohë le të ndalemi pak te disa pyetje për t’iu njohur më mirë. Cilat janë arsyet pse vendosët të hysh në politikë dhe cili është qëllimi juaj kryesor si politikan?

Unë nuk kam hyrë në politike. Kam vendosur të mos lejoj politiken të më largoj nga atdheu im. Kjo nuk është gare politike. Kjo është beteje mes pengmarrësve dhe popullit te marrë peng.

-Si mendoni se politika juaj do të ndryshojë për të mirën e qytetarëve dhe për të përmirësuar shoqërinë?

This is not about my politics, this is about changing the rules of the game, about opening up the race, about establishing meritocracy.

-What measures will you take to address the main social and economic challenges of the country?

Our program is being designed by the best experts in the respective fields. The problems, alternatives, solutions will all be reflected further. It does not require great philosophies, it is enough not to steal or rob the state.

-How will you improve transparency and accountability in your governance and how will you fight corruption?

We and as a Movement have proven that transparency is one of our main points. It is one of the basic principles on which we are built and we will continue our battle to turn it into a cornerstone for Albanian politics. As far as corruption is concerned, I repeat as above: Corruption is fought by opening the race and establishing the accountability system of politics to citizens through the law. Theft of state officials should be considered national treason and punished with a minimum of 20 years in prison.
