Serious accident in Italy, the 56-year-old Albanian woman dies, the first details are revealed

Yesterday evening, Wednesday, May 22, 2024, a 56-year-old woman of Albanian origin was apparently hit by a car and killed. It seems that there was another 35-year-old woman in the car, who tested negative for alcohol. Here are the details of what happened late last night:

Referring to the first reconstructions of the case, yesterday evening there was a fatal accident in Fano in the province of Pesaro.

It is learned that a 56-year-old woman of Albanian origin has lost her life. The accident is reported to have happened on Via VI Strada in Bellocchi. The time of the accident appears to be late in the evening; shortly after 11:00 p.m., around 11:15 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2024.

According to what was found, it appears that the woman was walking on the right side of the lane before the crash. The woman appears to have been hit by a Smart car. The driver of the latter is said to have been a woman about 35 years old, also a resident of Fano. The woman seems to have failed to stop in time, hitting the 56-year-old. The collision was so violent that the Albanian lady died instantly.

According to initial reconstructions, the driver of the vehicle stopped immediately to render assistance. Moreover, she also sought medical help, which, however, would have turned out to be useless. Cagli traffic police officers intervened immediately at the scene of the accident. The latter seem to have ordered the seizure of the Smart car.
